Biography.

Originally from Australia, Kate is an Advanced Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Pranayama and Yoga Teacher (1000+ hours). After completing a Bachelor’s in Applied Medical Sciences (BAppSc), she trained in diagnostic imaging and worked in healthcare for various government facilities and private organizations within Australia and the United Kingdom. After nine years of practice, Kate suffered a burnout and found that turning to her yoga and meditation practices created new possibilities to heal, refocus, and reset.

This journey of recovery led Kate to her first yoga teacher training in India, where she was fortunate to find phenomenal mentors who placed importance not only on movement but also on the deeper knowledge of philosophy and meditation practices. This first training sparked a profound interest in the human psyche and the mind-body connection, an inspiration that continues to drive Kate in her study of how the workings of the mind deeply impact the physical body and overall well-being.

In 2024, Kate completed an intensive certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, adding to her already vast skillset in somatic healing and nervous system regulation. She has also undertaken advanced training in Vagal Toning for Nervous System Reset, Somatic Release, and NeuroAffective Touch and is currently completing a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner program.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Kate founded the PRANABEAT Teacher Trainings in 2024. The first training program was a total success, empowering a new wave of breathwork facilitators with her signature holistic approach. PRANABEAT Teacher Trainings focus on equipping participants with a deep understanding of functional breathing, nervous system regulation, stress management protocols, and the therapeutic applications of breathwork.

In August 2023, Kate co-founded PRANABEAT, an online breathwork platform that helps users transform and discover the profound power of their breath. The platform features an extensive library of breathwork practices designed to address the full spectrum of complex human emotion, as well as specialised journaling prompts to uncover and release destructive behavioral patterns and habits. The PRANABEAT platform, entirely written and curated by Kate, offers a unique combination of breathwork, mindfulness, and self-reflection to inspire lasting change

Kate has taught mindfulness programs, breathwork workshops, and yoga classes for organizations and communities both large and small. She has also contributed her expertise to mental health and well-being platforms, including Nilo.Health, Urban Sports Club, and My Inner Health Club. Her corporate wellness programs and public events have been delivered to global clients such as Nike, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Gorillas, Tier Mobility, FableticsEU, WeWork, and Choco Communications. Kate is also a Global Trainer for Nike, representing the Nike Well Collective in Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga.

As an educator, Kate empowers her clients and students to cultivate self-compassion and take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her teaching inspires transformational shifts that ripple into all aspects of life—strengthening personal and professional relationships, unlocking creativity, building resilience, and helping individuals access their innate potential.
