Welcome to the PRANABEAT Breathwork Facilitator Training. By enrolling in the training offered on www.kate-robinson.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Deposit and Tuition Payments

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of €600 is required to secure your place in the training.
1.2. The remaining tuition fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan.
1.3. Refund Policy:

• Tuition fees (excluding the deposit) will only be refunded if the withdrawal occurs before the end of Week 2 of the training.

• No refunds will be issued after Week 2 of the training under any circumstances.

1.4. In the event of late payments, participants will be withdrawn from the course until the outstanding balance is settled.

2. Responsibilities and Expectations

2.1. All participants are expected to take responsibility for their own learning throughout the training.
2.2. Weekly tasks and assessments must be submitted by their respective due dates to receive feedback. Submissions made after the due date will only be accepted if explicitly discussed and approved by Primary Training Educator, Kate Robinson.
2.3. Participants are required try and attend at least 80% of the live sessions. If a live session is missed, the recording must be watched before the next week’s session to stay up to date.
2.4. Revision tasks and practice teaching must be completed as requested to ensure that learning and knowledge are solidified.

2.5. Upon program completion Certification will be awarded to participants who:

• Pass the final assessments.

• Demonstrate competency in both knowledge and the safe facilitation of Conscious Connected Breathwork.

3. Fitness to Participate

3.1. It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the training.

4. Copyright and Use of Content

4.1. All materials provided during the PRANABEAT Breathwork Facilitator Training are copyright protected.
4.2. Under no circumstances can any of the content, materials, or resources provided during the training be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use constitutes a breach of copyright law.

5. Payment Plans

5.1. Payment plans must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule.
5.2. Late payments will result in withdrawal from the course until the outstanding balance is cleared.

6. Additional Benefits

6.1. Participants who complete the online Breathwork Facilitator Training (16th March - 21st May) will be eligible for a €150 discount for the Advanced Breathwork Master Training: Stress Management and Emotional Resilience held in October 2025. Discount can also be redeemed on Early Bird price for the training.

6.2 Due to limited spaces available in the Advanced Master Breathwork Training: Stress Management and Emotional Resilience, priority will be given to returning students as long as enrolment is confirmed at least 5 weeks before the course start date.

7. Legal and Accountability

7.1. Participants are accountable for their own learning outcomes. This includes engaging with course materials, attending sessions, completing assignments, and ensuring mastery of the training content.

7.2. The training does not guarantee business success or employment post-certification.

9. Ethics and Inclusivity

8.1. Participants agree to uphold the privacy and confidentiality of their peers throughout the training.
8.2. This training fosters an inclusive and respectful environment. Any form of discrimination, including but not limited to racial slurs, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, or other harmful behaviours, will not be tolerated.
8.3. Participants found in violation of this policy will be immediately un-enrolled from the training with no refund of tuition.
